Nice, usually The Sharpener is not predictable, but I just knew 'Round Midnight was around the corner!
So enjoyed this post, thank you! ‘Round Midnight the song always reminds me of ‘Round Midnight the movie. Dexter Gordon has a great line: “you don’t just pick a style off a tree. The tree is growing inside you naturally.” Also love the Sting/Andy Summers version of the song.
