This weekend I had a enlightening conversation where my aunt worried about the health of my 97 year old grandmother. Grandma is living alone and my aunt worries very much that there isn't enough people there to touch. A hug or a handshake a pat on the back or a kiss. I find your post very timely. Go give something you love a caress.
