I love Aram Saroyan. A lot.
OMG! Hilariously brilliant Brautigan, Gerstler & Kaisischeke -- these are poems that I can imagine reading to a friend who like all my closest friends just don't read poetry, say they "don't get it". Kaiischeke's esp shows how the most familiar or well worn experience (jealousy of one's love's past loves) comes alive and plays out like a never-seen-before movie when the experience is paired with, compared with, set down beside another seemingly unrelated image or experience or rant. Never before heard of these two women poets, but for sure I'm gonna read them now.
