Thank you for this selection today....ironically we started the day here between on the air quality just at the beginning of purple (wildfires in CA). The haze reminds me of 9/11 when it comes, but is obviously filled with different substances. History picks her way in high heels/ through structural reduncdacy....

I like that line, and many others.

I am curious, if there will be a similar out put on October 7th, of letters found falling from windows in Kabul? On March 20th, of letters found falling from windows in Bagdad? I understand that it was shocking to America, well to the world, that it's chickens had come home to roost; I respect and honor the lives lost, but also all the lives since taken American's and others, as this was used to fuel an neoliberal world order intended on only serving the few. What are those poems like? What's the poem about the post-Katrina "green-zone" in New Orleans? The poems of the private-security industry that its hollowing out the state?
